Reading List: Publishers Lunch Top Books of 2013

Publishers Lunch is an indispensable industry daily. I follow it pretty religiously and always look forward to its annual year-end “best of” list which compiles a wide range of “best of” lists (58 this year) into a two ranked lists–fiction and nonfiction.That gives me a pretty good short guide to the most important books in last year’s literary conversation. I don’t always get every book on the list read but I always take a crack at it!
